    Some More M3 Shots

Got together with my buddy Mike this afternoon for some Sunday photo shooting in Tacoma. It's nice to have someone along when you're in some of the areas we end up when you've got lots of expensive camera gear. Anyway, I've been experimenting with a few things lately and thought I'd seek some feedback on my shots. You'll have to excuse the shameless use of my M3 as content, the E30 is going to get some camera love very soon when I can get it cleaned up properly.

    I love this shot:

The rest don't do much for me... the setting doesn't really fit with the car. The car itself looks clean and nice, though. That color rocks.

Agreed. I think this is the best shot.

The pictures get progressively better and better. My favorite is number 5 however. Number 4 is good, but the angle is just not quite right. If the camera was moved a few feet to the right I think it would have been better. Number 6 is good, but the power lines in the foreground are a little distracting. Motion shots look cool. Nice mix of focus and blur. Car looks great! We have a Jerez Black Metallic E92 M3 at school. They are cool cars. Can't wait to tear into one.

        Cheers,

        Brian

Very nice setting, but I just can't stop thinking how much better an E30 would look in those shots. I just don't know but the E9X's do nothing for me. Part of me wished I liked the new BMW's - but I have to be truthful to myself..

in the 3rd one there are cranes coming out of your car...that kinda ruins the flow.

probably wouldn't have known that was an m unless you stated it. (althought looking now, those poor lil slits on the side differentiate it well i guess)

nice car, but not my style

Thanks for the comments guys, I wasn't expecting everyone to love the car because it's not an e30!

Ouch, yeah that area has some really crappy roads and is pretty run down looking in general. Makes for some interesting contrast to the car though.
