Maybe thule is better. I noticed that my ski rack locks but it's 4 simple plastic nuts that you spin off to just remove the rack. haha. VERY secure.

to each his own. I like seeing cars that look like a functional utility beast and cars that are slammed with m52s and 9" wheels.

roof racks are definitely a style option imo.
