No idea, bought it like that. It is a shame really, that is the only bad looking part of the car (sans the normal fading and a couple dents) I am trying to figure out the best way to fix it. Amazing thing is, only rust around the license plate light (well it is amazing for NH at least. . .)

It is an area where the paint peeled off (or got taken off)

It isn't rust though so I don't care much about it, I am in the process of saving up for new paint but I have trouble justifying a $1500 paintjob on a $700 car hahaha

My advice to you is drive it until the wheels fall off. Dont put a dime of cosmetic upgrades into the car. Wish someone gave me the same advice 9 years ago.

Well I do want to make her look purdy :) The most I would do is paint and get new seats though, nothing TOO crazy
