I don't know if that is what you ordered. If you got it from the link I posted it is. It is not primer. Primer and sealer typically do not last without some kind of topcoat (clearcoat). This is a pre-flattened urethane that doesn't require a clear coat.

I used Eastwood Hot Rod Black one stage paint.

Thats pretty good how long did that take you? Your body looks wonderful on e30 very clean.

The eastwood stuff is very similar to the paint TCP Global is selling (single stage uerethane). It also has UV inhibitors so it isn't going to caulk and fade like primer or sealer.

I was thinking about a hot rod black primer with clear coat would do it any suggestions?

You sure dont want to do that! Then it would be a dullish gloss black and rough....it would look like pure ass. DuPont has a paint from their Hot Hues line called Hot Rod Black. I spray it at my shop and it comes out great. Whatever you do, dont use primer. If you have to, just use flat black paint from a spray can.
