I applied it by hand.... I usually start really early in the morning because I know I will take a long time to clean it.

Car looks great.

As a side note: You would have to use the cleaner less often if you waxed it. The wax will protect the paint and help avoid the things you are removing with the cleaner from happening. It will also give you a deeper gloss.
