    Hello everyone. New member here

I picked up a 1990 325i sedan, manual tranny a few weeks ago as my commuter car. But I feel like it's slowly becoming a project car. Had 240k miles on it and I picked up for a thousand bucks. I hope to learn from everyone here. So far there is a great amount of information so i will try my best to do a search before posting to prevent any flaming. haha.

So far I have had the timing belt and water pump replaced, along with the a/c, p/s, and alternator belt. I also had the valves adjusted. Next up is a new set of headlights. Here's a couple pics i took with my iphone. Sorry that's the only camera I got. Enjoy

<---- i guess i have not gotten off to a good start on here. haha

    UPDATE: 4/30/09

So I figure I add a couple more pics here instead of starting a new thread. Since my first post here I have added a set of US Elipsoids and a DDM 35W 5000K HiD kit. To keep costs low I went to the junkyard and picked up an old volvo lip and did some cutting and repainted it and recently picked up a used set of Konig Maxxim Remembers (16x7 et25?). It came with tires with about 90% tread and I couldn't pass up on the deal even though the tires it came with are 195/50s.

I also know that the gold face wheel is a no no with a bronzit car so hopefully in the future I'll be able to get my car repainted or get the wheels resprayed. I bought a set of used HR Sport springs and I'm just waiting to find a set of used Bilstein Sport shocks. Till then I shall be riding in my e30 rally 4x4 vehicle. It's a work in progress but it's moving along. Thanks for looking. Oh btw car and wheels are dirty. Sorry

Looks almost identical to my car when i bought it. Rather clean for so many miles. You will learn to love bronzit, I know I did! Good Luck.

Beautiful car, great platform to start from. Sounds like you're doing it exactly right too.

thanks guys. to be honest I was looking for either a white one or a black one, but they seemed to be hard to find in my area so I jumped on the opportunity when i found it. And the bronzit is indeed growing on me. I've also seen some other modded bronzits on here that look awesome so that'll be my inspiration. haha
