    Front Euro Bumper Swap

For those who haven't been following my project thread, I have been going paycheck to paycheck ordering brand new OEM parts for the front bumper and finally installed it yesterday. Here are the pics:

Living paycheck to paycheck for brand new oem bumpers is worth it? (depends on age I suppose)

How much did all of this brand new cost you? VS. 400 for front and rear used if you hold out for a good deal.

    Anyways, looks very good indeed.

I used a really good strategy to get all the parts. Bavauto Recycling sells the chrome center piece new on ebay for $125 shipped. I got the chrome side pieces new from a guy selling them in Britain for like $60, and I got the mounting kit, turn indicators, and trim pieces for about $150 from Blunt who gets me discounted new OEM parts. (Props to him). I did this in the smartest way possible, or at least I'd like to think so.

it was roughly $350 for all of it. It is brand new though and makes all the difference. And ya i don't need to be spending my paychecks on anything else cause i'm still with my parents so its worth it to put it towards what I love.

Yeah, when I first looked at the pics I thought it was your house. And I'm like shouldn't someone with a house and multiple cars not spend all their money on a euro bumper? Then I realized... my bad. Fuck yeah, looks good and not TOO expensive either. Do the back, now!

PROPS TO THIS MAN RIGHT HERE! ^

Project could not have been done without him :D

I would do the back bumper right now, but I already put a deposit on a Euro Valence so I'll get the valence next, then euro fogs, then rear bumper.

Nice. I rolled with a rear DB for almost a year, I think, before I found a rear euro bumper. You must show me how to rescue paint like that someday...

                          Needs a valence/lip :p
