            any kind of light. from a phone to a flashlight to a glowstick. The sensor in the camera just has to pick up the light source.:hitler: o by the way you need a slr to do this

                +1, if you change the setting for no flash at night, point and shoots will leave the shudder open for about 10 seconds or so, depeding on how much light ther is around, you cant set how long it will be open and you cant play around as much with the light but its doable
