Picture request: Techno Violet E30

Sometime soon there are a couple E30s in my future. One for my 17 yo daughter, and then, budget-willing, one for me for a track and weekend fun car.

I've always loved the E36's Techno Violet, and I think it would look good on an E30. Has anyone done or seen this? Lookin for some pictures.

My good friend and BMW mechanic-extraordinaire, member OrganicMechanic is going to help me with this project, right, Pete?? :D

I've never seen a Techno-Violet e30 but I'm willing to bet that it would look spectacular!

If you're gonna do it, though, try to get the BMW factory paint. With a color that's as subtle as that it's likely too come out way to purple if you try to get someone to color match it.

I think I remember one being posted here a while ago. IIRC, it had an s38 and a plastic front bumper and a euro rear. I can't seem to find it though.

My eyes are still burning from looking at the monstrosity of that interior, but the color on the car looks good.

I'm even kinda diggin' the interior on the alpina cabbie.
