D90's aren't the lightest wheels. And adapters with track time just makes me uneasy.

But buy the d90's they are for sale!

I cant blame ya....If I didnt despise changing tires so much, Id paint my wheels every other week. I bet it looks kinda good in a weird way

The trick is to 1.) Break the bead, 2.) Use a large piece of paper or sheet metal to make a cylinder the same diameter as the wheel, 3.) Scuff the front of the wheel to prep for paint, 4.) Drop the cylinder around the wheel so that it sits on the bead of the tire, 5.) Spray to your hearts content.

Voila, wheel changes color without dismounting the tire and there isnt any overspray on the tire. No masking tape either.

One of the foreigners that works at my shop does this to his car pretty much every week on his bottle-cap equipped Civic. Works like a charm.

hahah sorry to disappoint i have been waiting for studs and i recently cause a cold.... plus the temp variations in MA havnt been conducive to painting ... I that i shouldnt make excuses and play like a champion so ill get this done soon. :P
