MY 88 325is.... A LONG WAY TO GO--LAST TIME YOULL SEE IT LIKE THIS --OFF TO PAINT!!!!
The drop, brakes and everything ese is allready on its way :), just need to get it to paint. As far as street cred, I aint worried about that... I would rather have both--clean ass car and a fast ass car. The car was originally a darker silver and previous owner painted it sterling..This is a project for me, not a daily driver so i got time to do it right.. 3 months and it will ALL be done!
I respect that. I'm glad you don't have to do it on too thin of a budget. Should turn out real nice when it's all put together!
nice lookin car man and i have the same prob that the paint looks good in pics and not so good up close so im going to get a respray to and fix the rust
I dont know what I am going to do with the suspension. The car has 5 way adjustbable tokico struts , eibach pro kit springs and eibach sways. suspension on these cars is a little limited. Either its GC coilovers thd cheaper way or $1400 for really good coilovers..We'll see. I am just glad to get it running good and finally can see light at the end of the tunnell. I figure when the cars in the shop being painted Ill knock out finishing the interior with grey center inserts in the front two seats and fix the recaro's as well as put a black suede headliner in..
