Couple of new parts TEASER and a new project

Picked up a few things this week for my vert.

Got my valve cover and intake plenum wrinkle powder coated black. Frank dropped off my windscreen. Thanks again buddy! I have a set of new MHW tails coming, finally! I also sent out a set of front strut housings to GC, turnaround time is about 3 weeks for those. Waiting to get my coupe trunk lid and is spoiler back from paint, so now my vert will be 3rd brake light-less.

And got the type As from tuner shop, they came this morning. I might throw the type As on my new project because I already have the RSs for the vert.

Anyway here are the pics of the stuff and a teaser of the new project since the vert is almost done.

For the new 318is, I'm thinking flat black mt2 kit...We'll see.

Agrh, slicktop I need in my life. How much extra headroom is actually there versus a sunroof car?

Doesn't look like its that much of a difference. I'll measure the difference compared to my 325e.

Yep, staggered. I may get another 2 16x9 so I can switch it up every now and then. I don't know though, the 16x9 all around isn't really my thing.

Damnit, I am jealous of you right now as I wanted that car.

Sounds like you have some nice mods planned. Swapping in another M42 or going M20?

I have another M42 from a parts car 318 convertible. I'll probably start swapping that in next week. Once I get it running I'll take it by the body shop, it looks like it had some shitty body work done in the past on the driver side rear quarter. It seems like the bondo or whatever they used warped and its starting to crack...
