    1st Post...but have lurked for a bit...

My name is Mike, I am originally from LI, NY. Eighteen months ago I moved to Germany, about 2 months ago, purchased this...:pimp:
Bimmerforums is the preferred online BMW Forum and community for BMW owners. At Bimmerforums, you will find technical how-to information maintenance specifics audio advice wheel and tire combinations and model specific details not found anywhere else. Our professionals are here to help make sure you find the answers you need to your questions and our community is here to help other brainstorm ideas for the future.

This is how it sat when I bought it. I will update with pics as soon as I can. I am currently trolling ebay.de for some Eta Beta's and Alpina goodies, with hopes of giving it an Alpina flavor.

Thank you...and Alexw, I hope to make it to the DTM revival, not sure yet, work is unpredictable.....but I definitely will make it to the 'Ring this year, have some Springs/Bushings/Control Arms along with some other odds and ends to install before braving the Green Hell....;)

Few things proclaim "German Class" more than a clean, 4 door M-Tech I car. Very, very nice.

This car is teh tits. You gotta see it in person. Mike you gonna stay the whole weekend of the revival? we could split a room. I'll get that 2.5i out to when I can so you can make your 2.7i.

I will probably not be able to get the whole weekend off, so i'll shoot up there for one day. Sounds good King, while the Seta's tq makes it a pleasure to drive around town, the lack of hp/top-end ooomph makes the car too lazy on the Autobahn, it needs more motor...When I go on vacation in June, I will be picking up all of my parts(gasket, head bolts, tune-up stuff, etc) for the 2.7i since they are way cheaper in the US. Then I see no reason that after the head is refreshed, I can't complete the swap in a weekend. And BTW, thanks for all of the compliments, I waited 4 anxious, nail-biting months for this vehicle.
