For seriousness. I think the lowtech 60/50 springs should help it out, unless you are wanting to go coilover. The reason I suggest the lowtech is because it gives a lot of drop and are not as stiff as H&R race or IE3.
If you want to go coilover. . . It all depends on how much you want to spend vs. how much you trust ebay/china. Cheapo coils can be had for next to nothing (see Aron andrew/Arnibjorn/one of those iceland guys). One of them did an extremely inexpensive coilover set-up buying ebay/china stuff. GC makes good stuff. They have a conversion kit out for $400. As with all of these, it takes a bit of mod work, but isn't too hard.
As for dampers, stick with what works, Bilstein sports or Koni.
