Thanks, it used to be really awesome and flat and wrinkle free, but then first the cage guy fucked it up, then the blaster guy fucked it up, then I fucked it up when the foam I filled the roof with for support somehow got behind the headliner. It's now in pretty rough shape.

Here's an old shot from when it was good:

Just scooped up this, and the interface to communicate directly with AEM:

And a fuel sender from summit. (Oh yeah and a 2.75 cent fitting that's backordered until october, LOL)

Left my camera at work, but got the following done today:

          Wiper motor installed
          Cowl grill installed
          Radiator fan installed
          Wideband O2 Bung welded on
Exhaust hanger welded onto rear of downpipe, bolts to head. Very sturdy.

My shit is near OEM. :)

My firewall closeoff needs to be remade, though. It doesn't fit that well, but it's going to look pretty slick.

First thing I did was install the fuel tank level sending unit. Pretty straightforward.

            Radiator fan installed:

            Wideband bung welded on:

            Spiffy downpipe bracing to motor:

Lastly, and most awesomely, I made this closeoff out of laser cut aluminum and pre-preg carbon fiber.

Well, it technically needs allen head sheet metal screws...

Not really, as the holes are already tapped...

                  Comment

They're not tapped they have a plastic insert that takes a course thread screw, not a machine screw,.

Well, then I stand corrected. I assumed you used self tapping SM screws. But now you say, I know you made a bigger hole, then buggered them plastic things in there, then screwed it all together.

                      As you were soldier.

Your VC vacuum lines seem different than before.

Also, sorry, I'm too tired and buzzed to search through your site. Did you modify the rad support at all, and what model radiator did you manage to stuff into the middle of it?

The breather lines were rubber before, but when I decided to run an e-vac scavenger, I changed them to AN

The radiator is a custom built unit of my own design.

Just tried a quick part on our new 3d printer:

                            It's actually hollow.
