Nah, I'll probably put it on once the motor is all back together.

Nice, I'm really looking forward to seeing this thing in one piece. We all have actually been waiting just as long as you have.

There are a lot of things on the body of the car that nit pickers will go nuts over. It's stuff I can live with, because I'm not a body guy, but chances are at some point in the future the car will need to be resprayed.

I didn't do much of the body work. This was my first experience with it, actually... It's just kind of a bummer that I have 40 grand in the car and there are some REALLY blatant fuckups in the exterior. I'm hoping it doesn't overshadow the amount of work that I put into the car.

That said, I'm really excited to see how the hood and front end look on there...

The powerplant more than makes up for a lack of perfect 1/8" gapped body panels and all fasteners torqued to a parallel plane. This thing is gonna get sideways when you sneeze.

I don't hate myself, but people can be super quick to judge and it just gets old after a while...

Newman, what you are doing is absolutely amazing! Putting one of the world's best engines into one of the world's best chassis. Brilliant. Let me know if you ever want to sell this car. I'll put up a kidney as a down payment...literally! I want this car more than you know. Fantastic job all around.
