Here are some shots rebuilding the axles. $32 per kit inner and outer boots versus $200 plus for new OEM replacements.

What process did you use for the undercoating and such? did you scrape it then put new stuff on...im about to do this on my e30 m3 project car

I get all my parts from KND Imports OEM stuff at a really good price.
I pressured washed the underbody w/ a heavy All purpose cleaner and then wiped it w/ mineral spirits. Car still on jacks so I have not really tested my paint job. Hope it works I put a lot of work and effort into it.
The rear brakes backing plates were sanded and painted w/ Rostoleum
PROFESSIONAL the finish look from this enamel is amazing IMO.

I deleted my Power Steering need advise on where to get shorter bolts or blocking plate. If anybody needs the pump or reservoir just PM me.
