Definitely! Will document every step of the way.

therisnoyun- did you ever find new rear glass? I've heard it is the most difficult part to get on an E30. Didn't get what you meant about pinch weld... there is no metal or plastic, just fiberglass and a rubber seal.

Yep im a dad now, which takes up 110% of my time! I've spent every spare second going through the X5, replacing every fluid in the vehicle and over 1K in maintenance parts. Also put 19" V8 sport wheels on it. My boy will be riding in style!

I'll be resuming the interior work shortly. I bought hog rings and hog ring pliers so now all I need is time... Still waiting on Kevin from Creative Options to finish the headliner, haven't heard from him in a while...

OK, so I just bought a 2001 M3 Convertible 6MT and sold my E36, and my E30 is still in the garage soooo.... it's gotta go into storage for the winter. Before that happens it must be finished so I kicked it into gear with this interior. I got the headliner from Kevin and that will be the last step as it will require some work. So far, I have the rear seat bottom finished and Im very happy with the results.

              Removed the old...

              and the new...

Im currently fastening the rear seat back and adding headrests, I'll have pics up soon...

Question - do you still have a soft top under there?

OK a quick update: I finished the rear seat and the results are AMAZING. Once again, I am SO GLAD I spent the extra and bought Kevin's kit from Creative Options.. it fits so good and after all that work and money I want it to be perfect. I added headrests to the rear which was really easy. Kevin is stitching me up rear headrest covers to match the fronts and should have them next week to complete the back seat. On to the pictures!

...And its on to the front seats now that I cut my teeth on the back...
