I had to make and weld in rear mounting points for the seats, but besides that it was no problem. Below is a picture of the mounting points.



As for price...it depends I got lucky. But I've seen them on the S2000 forums starting at $600 and go up. A local Honda wrecking yard quoted me $2800 for a pair....at that point I would go Recaro or Status.
