The OS is, yes. The hardware, for the most part, is identical.

    Thus......

Where did I say I was removing the plenum? The MAF is a sensor.

Changing the way the engine interprets incoming air flow does NOT change the acronym from ITB to MTI, you idiot. The hardware doesn't change just because you take out a simple electronic sensor. How is it you aren't getting this?

I can take an old Apple tower and stick PC components in it. Does this make it a Mac?

no need for appologies. its r3v take everything with a grain of salt. and nothing bin says ever is worth the time to read... ever

bins mouth is best used molesting small children. i swear this guy is on to catch a predator every episode

dude you are way to new to be associating with us like you've known us all this time...
    fucking newbs lol

welcome to my hell do not appologize, your opinions mean nothing, i am insane, i am an ASSHOLE, i love e34's and e30's, the 507, 3.0csl, 850 csi and the e38, very fond of z3m coupe but can't own one as its not a real bmw

real bmw=made in germany not US(cream of)A lol
i use the word frankly alot
    i post alot
mti and itbs are NOT the same thing very similar but not the same thing
no one can spell on r3v including me
and i am always right - in my mind even if it takes 3 rights to make a left
oh and it turns out i am george clooney

    lol

after listening to your music i can't hate you anymore. [using jesse's voice from the fast & the furious] i don't know, it's like something about your music (and engines) and kate525's sweet ass that calms me down. lol

seriously though after listening to your music i can't hate you anymore therefore no more meanspirited jabs aimed at you.

bin is in a league of his own now figures not even in my [insane and depraved] mind can he keep friends. it would seem his obsession with small children has ruined even those relationships lol

I think anyone capable of reading is capable of figuring out the difference between you and me. I'm literate, reasonably well informed in both social and worldly interactions, and have more than a Fisher Price understanding of how cars work.

When I look at things my vision is more than the primary color scheme of red/blue/yellow. It must be so nice to be able to look at things and see them in such a simple, uncomplicated manner.

he's said that. he's also said the difference is whether or not there is a plenum, and also said that the difference is where the sensors are located.

listening to him pull new BS out of his ass isn't fun anymore.

technically an MTI doesnt have to have 1 throttle body per cylinder. it just has to have more than 1 throttle body.
