    Ughh, rear brake lines gave me a hard time last night. Fittings on the two inner lines were rusted way too bad. Going to replace the splitter and the hard lines.

    Anyways, some pics of the underside. We may do something about this cosmetically, but will do for now.


    First got a coat of por15 on any areas with rust, or any hints of rust






    Inside the tubs too




    And after to coats of undercoating (truck bedliner, so same thing, more or less)






    Today; transmission seals, mount to engine and start assembling the motor's exterior.

    All the patched areas are treated with POR-15 and then the entire bottom undercoated. Pics on that later.

    Engine bay, pre-bracket removal


    Surprising, but even a stock M42 can cause the subframe to crack.

    Great build! I love it when a fresh subframe is installed. It looks so good.
