That engine is waiting for the right car, most likely a e9 or a e24.

Also the flywheel before we take to get it lightened... Currently at 20.6 lbs

The damage was really bad, the roof was bent. We stripped it down to the bone. Couldnt believe how clean it was. A shame it had to be junked.

Funny story, I sold the PO the wheels 2 years ago on craigslist. They came to the house, really nice young couple. 2 years, later I have the wheels and the rest of the car back...

This is awesome. I'm so glad that silver car was put to good use. I was watching it bounce around the local classifieds for quite some time. Wanted to scoop it up for the motor and that pretty spoiler.

If I recall correctly, the seller described the rear end damage as "minor" in the ad that I saw. I guess it is relative...
