sticker
I got some goodies for the car.
no stickers
faded tail lights
a scratch above the license plate
light off,
( ya its dirty, its on the inside I haven't gotten to it.)
light on,
I wanted a custom sticker.
idea thread
I got them cut here
new sticker
4.5 by 1 inch
I was worried that the sticker would block too much light but this is acceptable.

blank canvas
scratch from the previous owner:hitler:
the plate filler will block that :)
plate out of the way
new plate filler from germany :)
I have always wanted one of these.
no I'm not painted it with sem trim paint like some people like to do.
taped up to prevent chafing
mockup
to mark for the holes to drill it.
drilling
test fit, I waned to have the plug inserts sit flush in the plate filler
double sided 3m tape
Some people hate the euro then cali plate setup, but I want to try it out for myself if I like it.

rear euro trim
new trim
small crack in the long back piece
fucking shopping cart cracked my bumper trim
previous owner did not have trunk carpet linings.
from putting things back there they would knock around and dent the wall pushing a small dent outwards towards the bumper
which caused this.
masked up to repair the damage
People say you can rip off your plastic trim with out taking the bumpers off.
All though you can I chose not to. The front euro trim has no screws but the rear does.
size t20 male
location of the screw
trim removed, 2nd view of where the screw location is.
old vs. new
cracked us trim
minty euro trim
damaged repaired/repainted
My Neighbor wanted a shout out that they helped me put the rear bumper back on.
all done
recap
custom sticker
new tails
euro plate filler
euro plate
euro bumper trim

That is a nice car, I love your attention to little detail. Once I get all the major stuff sorted out with my car, I'll start doing minor things like that. What do you have planned next?Your signature picture has been removed since it contained the Photobucket "upgrade your account" image.

In looking at your recent pics and your sig pic, the wheels look much better without the center caps.

I'm leaning towards caps on.
