So my euro 323 is now maybe a daily beater.

Luckily i found a clean title 1984 Henna 325e for cheap. it came with pretty clean sport interior, nice dark grey carpet, and a clean body.

Here's what it looked like when i first picked it up

Took out M20 B27 with bad timing belt

We got the e-bimmer ready for the transplant and starting switching over all the goodies from the 323. Then we realized the headers for the S50 were welding in and needed to be cut. We decided to put some V-bands on there as to not run in to any more problems. (Good luck finding 2" v-bands

Got the rear 5 lug (Z3) all together and in the car. But then soon realized its stance was.... well a lil south of the border.... so i consulted the god himself (mr325)for info on this. Needless to say its coming back out and we're swapping the bearings, hubs and brakes etc. over to the e30 trailing arms to suck the wheel back in alittle.

i really liked the cross bracing on the Z3 arms, so it might be something to mess with before it goes back in.

after getting the e-bimmer ready we finally got the S50 in there.

    Soon to come:
    front 5 lug
    button up odds n ends
    brake stand

a lil taste of the henna lifestyle

Okay, obviously we're all wondering how the front end wound up like that...

this guy decided to just cruise the center lane for almost a mile and then enter the turn lane. i was merging into the turn lane where it began and he hit me. insurance fucked me once again.

Sorry man, I've been there a few times myself.
So are you going to swap the euro parts over to the new henna?
how bad is the damage on this one?

yeah, im going to swap over all the goodies from the 323.

Then E i just got was actually only owned by 3 different people and they were all family friends. it has a clean title and no real damage. the hood has some dents as well as the trunk. but the body itself is straight. just has a couple minor scratches in the paint.
