Got a chance to upload some pitcures. I didn't get too much done , but its something. Btw, this is something I've been working on for the past few days, I didnt do all of this in one day haha.

Finished up the front calipers. Cleaned, replaced seals, and repainted.

Pic of the front with the rear

Like most things, I took apart the lsd to check everything. Everything looks fine and went through a good cleaning. Still need to shoot a fresh coat of black on the main case. Diff cover is all done though and everything is sealed.

      Freshly painted diff cover

Went to my buddies house to pull and press the bearings in. Ran into a few problems but was able to get the hub and bearing out. I didn't get a chance to install the new bearings because the ones I was sent are too big. I need the 72mm outer diameter, I was sent the 75mm.

I was hoping I really hoping that it didn't happen, but of course it did. The inner races of both bearings came off with the hub. Luckily my buddy had a tool to easily take them off.

Pushed the old bushings out and pressed the new ones in. The originals looked fine, but I changed them out anyway for piece of mind.

I know I've been a little slow with updatess. Just waiting on a few things and next 50% at the junkyard haha. I still need to get this thing registered and insured. That's why I havent been able to put on the coilovers yet. Also waiting for the rear bearings to come in, then I can drop the subframe.

All this waiting and little do left me repainting the window trim. Whoever painted it before, painted it black and failed horribly. So I thought I'd tackle that today. After getting one side done I realized how long it took doing all that paint stripping and masking, so I figured I'll do the passenger side some other time lol. Happy with result, I wiped her down and decided to take some pics.

(don't mind the tire lacking air )

Sorry, no pics of the rear. I don't find it that nice to look at yet ;) haha.

I thought this thread would be lost and never be brought up again lol. So I'll go ahead and update you guys.

Well story is...the guy that gave it to me swore it was clean title. I asked him several times and he responded saying that it was clean title. But of course when I got my registration it was salvaged. Dumb on my part to have bought parts before hand just to cut a project short. I didn't want to deal with a slavaged car, so I bought another car. Although I wanted another clean E30, I ended up with a Mazda RX7 and sold the e30 soon after. If you're interested here are some pics of the mazda...

The day I got it smogged and registered, bone stock. :D

            Got coilovers, wheels, taillights, etc.

I wasn't kidding when I said I like wheels haha.

              NOOO!!

              Wait, YEESSS!!

Augh, I'm confused... Sucks your not in another e30 but at the same time nice new whip! I'd probably be in one of those if I didn't get my e30 for free. I know the e30 would have turned out sick! Good luck with the new project man, might even see you around ;)

Hey all, recently just picked up another e30. I knew I'd find myself back here some how lol. I'll do my best to keep this thing updated so bare with me.

I couldn't keep up with all the wants and needs of the rx7 so I sold it and picked up another 240sx. Not sure what it was but it just didn't hit the spot with me, so I decided to sell that and here I am with an 1991 318I.

                    Rx7 before I sold it:

My buddy hooked it up with varrstoens and found some GE Coils here on the forums..

That pretty much sums it up for now haha.
