Hey I understand the amount of work put into the body so great job and that must of been a bitch. Wouldn't you think it would be easier if you found a straight trunk lid though?

Its not really that easy to find a trunk with no wing on it.
In the end, if I did find another one. I would have to worry about shipping it. Thats expensive as shit now.
Then I would have to worry about it getting fucked up in shipping. Then I would still have to fix it when it gets here.
So in the end it was alot easier and better for me to go about it like I did. I have searched around and I have seen many other shops to the same. Even old school hot rod shops to this to a whole car and then block it out so its smooth as a babys bottom.
I think you should contact a local auto body shop and get your POS painted. It does look like shit.
