Soon, when the new site is done we will have a blog section which will cross connect(is that even the correct term? this is why we have markseven doing the site, Im clueless) to r3v/twitter/facebook, etc. So you can sign up for auto notices through site and be notified.

We were fortunate that we didnt have to invent the wheel on this one, we reachout to couple of companies that were doing this already. Keeping true to the fellow racer/shop attitude they shared their process/contracts with us.

Pretty straight forward, the value of the car when all done is 7500. The renter will be liable for up to 5k. Normal wear and tear such as tires and brake pads are included in the rental price(not final yet but we are thinking $750 for a 3 day weekend)

We are keeping engine stock other then the custom CAI by Castro Motorsports. Since we are only making it available for HPDE events instructors will be in the car so less likely for a Top Gun type taking out to beat on it. The car will be built strong and right so it will take a lot of punishment but since its not the renters car we anticipate some level of "who gives a $hit, lets pound on it attitude"

Again the big focus is...

Offer to people that either have a car down(happens quite often, people sign up for an event then something happens to their car, they need a car so they dont loose their deposit ad miss the event)

Want to get into it but don't want to spend 000's until they try first

Or a group of people that just want to take it out for a weekend and have some fun.

There is a good chance someone may just buy the car outright, in which case we will just build another or they will like it so much that we will build them a custom car, worst case scenario the shop will have a fun toy. Either way its a good way to increase our brand awareness along with show casing our partners products.

Should be done in two weeks.

Way cool! SOmething else to consider, at that value, you could purchase track day insurance from Lockton Affinity and include it in the price of the car and let "renter" pick up the 10% deductible if something happens.

Or $750, might make more people apt to give it a shot if they know it will be a small amount they are responsible for. And it would seem to protect you from guys that say "Yeah I gotz $5k in da bank" then something happens and they say "Uh gotta pay some rent and stuff"

Have pretty much everything in stock already. Started stripping the car to prep for vinyl wrap yesterday.
