        Update:

        Today i removed the complete harness of the sound system. Furthermore i removed the complete sunroof system. The next steps are removing more of the harness, removing some unneccessary brackets and paint the interior white :)

        Also some pics of my new wheels and headlights.

                Just wondering, did e36 coupes come in non 'is' trim in europe? all we ever got were:
                318is, 323is, 325is, 328is, and M3.

                    yes we have just the 318is because the engine is different to the 318i.

                    yesterday i removed a lot of the noise absorbing mats till my hot air gun broke down.

                        Everything i've read says a white interior on a track car is a big no no. It will create a ton of glare from reflecting sun light through out your interior.
