Ill start off by saying my mechanic is my best friend, I cant even change my own oil, he does all my work for free :mrgreen:. So i wont be able to answer many indepth questions
Since my car is constantly being worked on and it cant go i the rides section yet, i am sure it will be right at home here.
89 325ix when i got her thanks giving day. got this car for $1200 and there was a envelope with $230 inside that i found when i got on the ferry. Started out a automatic, but as soon as the TC died i had the 5 speed swap done, Ill put those pictures up when i have them organized.
engine had 260k when i took ownership and just went out at 311k. Got a 88k engine off ebay, and it had a cracked valve
!! so my buddy is in the process of boring it out a little bit and rebuilding everything.
gotta clean the shit out of the engine bay, and get rid of some of the unnecessary clutter like the AC and stuff but this is how she sits as of now.
I also orderd coil overs, so there will be a suspension overhaul taking place at the same time. So this thread will have lots of updates! This car has been a labor of love, but its worth every penny! thanks for checking out my shit. :pimp:
