325i s50 build

So I decided to make a build thread thought it would be less of a PITA for me and everyone on r3v for when I have questions.

Here is meh car 89 325i i call her Helga


after going on a 1800 mile trip to cali this happened


I bought a new to me head and in a week the valved broke and this happend


And now I have this


and thisssssss


Some questions I have right off the bat...
I searched but cant find anything solid

Can I use the s50 flywheel and clutch with the g260
Ive searched and it seems like you can only use the m20 fly/clutch
what are my options? I want to get cheap but good parts not looking to build a race car but want a decent one.

I have a 413 red label from an m50. If I dont plan on getting a 3.5 HFM bigger injectors and cams yet is a TRM chip still worth it does it raise the redline or anything else?

Yes you can use the fly and clutch. You need to use the E36 starter and the 260 pilot bearing

Oh and I still need parts so if you have a e34 oil pan,tube,dipstick,pickup, and if you have one the level sensor let me know.
