Decided to swap the soft top on my own yesterday...i've had enough of looking at it! A bit of a warning, the top is heavy! I wouldnt recommend doing this on your own. I'm 6'2 240pds and have super human strength so that's why i did it on my own. :)

Seemed pretty straight forward, there are 3 bolts on each side holding it down. There are also shimmy plates that i made sure to keep the same as i didnt want any misalignment issues.

Removed the top completely. Can you tell I need new shocks.

Taking a closer look at where the ends need to get bolted down.

New (used) top being test fitted. Again, when doing it by yourself, it's alot of going back and forth from each side to make sure you align it properly. 4 hands are better than two in this case, unless you going for a happy ending massage ;)

            And for the final product........

Before (first ever soft top with a sunroof)

            After

It's a little dirty but i think i got it 90% right. There's a small gap in the rear section that i need to go back and see if it was a miscue on my part. All in all, i spent about 1.5 hours on this.

            Next...refining my suspension height
