Welp, after a long month the swap is finished. What turned into a "weekend" was a bit longer than expected.
Most of the time was spent waiting on parts and troubleshooting issues but over all it wasn't bad at all.
Don't mind my hockey neckbeard.
The idle was off and the car ran like shit, it ended up being the wrong tune and had someone local to swap ECUS and test.
Took it for a quick blast down the road once it was fixed to test it.
Cleaning up the bay because it wasn't painted white when the car was done... When i do another spray everything will be taken out.
I also have a new dash that I am going to be putting in once it gets a bit cooler outside. Also planning on getting those tires thrown on and do a few more track days this year.
Got the motor in with the Condor Speed Shop motor/ Tranny mounts that are awesome. They sent me the wrong ones by accident and then shipped them out the Sunday I contacted them. Great service and a great product. Along with that Bluntech is always super fast with all the parts i get from them and really helped this build along.
Besides that, I have to hook up the Master/Slave/Driveline/IntakeMani/Wiring Harness.. and other misc shit. I have been trying to take care of it after i get home from work. Should have it done this weekend.
Unless my monitor's poor resolution is deceiving me, that's a BBS centercap. Isn't that wheel an Apex ARC-8?
You are correct, the PO had them on there and I am just going to keep them. The Apex wheels are great and will fit what I'm planning on doing next. As you can see I had a set before but decided to get another pair because I liked them so much and you can get a lot of rubber on the rim, plus they are light.
