heres a little update on my build...
the motor cover is almost done the intake mani is almost done. so bash all u want for now ;) haha

should be running tomorrow morning.

taking the oilpan off the 5 series at the shop (today i hope)
im still at my house at 1:30 lurking on r3v for good reason it snowed this morning the parts of the road were frozen FML

thanks! im hoping to stop by my other shop and just make a set of motor mounts while i wait for my new ones to come in GAHHH!!! i might go ahead and reinfore my front subframe, fix the hole where at one time a guibo exploded and the driveshaft beat a hole in the floor board, and take all the carpet out and inspect for more rust there as well... we'll see how this one goes


on a side not i will also be trying to find my old M52 engine cover so i can finish up the "BAY"

how much modification for the a4 booster to work? Is it a a4 mc as well?

u gotta cut the push rod back a few threads and tap the pedal clevis tothe 14mm bolt size and then just scre it on untill its where it needs to be.
the MC works with it as well but custom brake lines are needed (not real hard i just used the stock ones from the MC then braised them to my stock E30 lines once i had them bent to the right place).
A remote resivior is not needed depending on which motor mounts you use.
I will be tryin to use a remote res this time though so it doesnt hit my TPS

Got the bay cleaned pretty good will get more cleaning done when i have a little more time to take some stuff off.
Got the intake mani primed and about to go do second coat as soon as its dry enough.

then on to the paint.

tryin to get a suttle bay with a little custom work ;)
should come out pretty clean if i can get the lines right ;)
