So instead of sending the RSs out for a redrill as the funds are low from paying the wedding stuff, I have decided to refinish the other wheels I have. Instead of sending the wheels off for someone else to do it, I might as well just do it myself. I have all the tools and product to get the finish I am looking for. I should be done just in time for Angiefest this coming Saturday.
Also I have been looking for 8s for the longest to know avail. I will strip them tomorrow with aircraft stripper to get everything back to bare medal again.
Goal: Mirror polish faces with white inserts/holes
Tools:
Medallion polish
Buffing pads (wool, foam)
Steel wool
Paint thinner
Head duty compound
Drill
Sandpaper
