Picked up this 325is the other day off craigslist. I used to have a 1990 325i 4 door, then went to the dark side with a 95 325is (car in my sig). I have to say it feels good to be back in an e30! The car is mechanically sound, just needs some tlc in the cosmetic department. All I've done to it so far is adjust the valves, runs much better than when I got it. It's pretty much all stock, a great platform to start with.
Future plans are suspension, wheels, some interior bits, and hopefully before too long it will have an M50 between the shock towers. Here's a couple cell pics to get the idea:
