    Project shark (635CSi content)

So I sold my daily E30 to my parents. They were sick of the SAAB and wanted a clean 4 door BMW. So I turned over the paper work to them. So my Father knew I was looking for a daily to get my ass around till I finish my E30 build.

He came up with a 1987 635CSi with 168k out of PA. The paint is a little rough and has some fender rust. This is NO MATTER to me at all. I own a complete 84 e24 to give all the parts needed to get this underway.

I wanted some pictures to add but the listing was removed already.

    So here is the good:

Owned by a BMW mechanic that owns his own garage.
    3.46 LSD
    Mint interior
Strong and smooth motor and sport auto tranny
    Everything works mechanically

    Bad:

    Suspension is TOAST
    Needs the low beams fixed
    auto(tranny is perfect)
Fenders need work and rear rocker needs to be cut out and welded new in
    paint is faded
    Drivers axel

    List of planned stuff:

    Bilstein sport shocks and struts
    Custom coilovers(I am building them)
Mount my BBS RC 090 17x8
    5 Spd swap
    Euro bumpers
    OEM wing

    Engine/performance:

    Chip
2.5 straight pipe to glass pack then to a free flow magnaflow

    Paint and body work:

Sandblast rust sections and weld in new
Replace front fenders and cut out the rears and weld in wider custom arches to get more room to stance.
    Matte battleship gray
WWII era pinup girl airbrushed on the front 1/4 of the doors(friend of mine is NUTS at airbrushing)

I know people are going to say I am copying Rusty or some shit... honest to god I am following in the steps of my family and my Uncle's rat rod. I grew up walking hot rod shows and have ALWAYS loved fighter style hot rods. I have been searching for a clean car to do this.

FYI CAR BELOW IS NOT THE ONE I BOUGHT. Just wanted to show e30 owners what they look like ;)
