Perhaps part of the euro cars getting federalized? Thats the only thing that makes sense in my head.

+1. Mine had one too. Looked too janky to be factory.

Never seen on on any etk, and all the bumpers I have gotten used from the motherland never had them. Odd. I could see how they would put it in to give the bumper some rigidity for impact strength. Kuddos to whoever solves the mystery.

Levent, I'm convinced. I'm going to be at G fest 2012 and I'm either going to be looking for a set of euro bumps or an M-tech I depending on funds.

Car looks amazing btw. Alpina and M-tech work so well together.

Thanks Andrew. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out from the powder coaters. Chroming them would've been a pita to upkeep and yes I completely agree. He knows the buttons but I'm slowly learning his, lol.

Thank you. I've been getting a lot of compliments on the wheels. Hoping I get the same positive comments when I put on my Borbet B's.

Rear euro bumper, mtech, and spoiler are still at the bodyshop, but went and took a few pics today with the Borbet's.

Interior will be next on the to do list.

I've done it by un-tucking them. I used a tow strap around the center of the bumper, with the other end around something solid. I used a tree. Just ratchet the bumper out until you can't anymore, and it's just like taking a normal DB off. Worked for me.

Car looks awesome by the way! I gotta get some new wheels...

Thanks. I need to do something with the faces. Drivers side wouldn't clean well. I'm still stuck on doing them gunmetal centers.

I was lucky enough to pick up the car with the swap already finished. I purchased the car from 5ickride. I know how much he spent on the swap but it's not really my place to say, I don't see why he would have an issue telling you if you want to know though. Or ask Levent (ZM Blue Devil).
