I saw this car in person at gutenfest. I know for sure that between Levent and Dennis, this car will be one hell of a vert. Looking forward to the progress as well as seeing it in person july 4th weekend! Good luck!

started a topic Project Vanessa Mt2 Vert

    Project Vanessa Mt2 Vert

End of one project leads to the start of another project.

This is a hybrid if you will, Denis aka Dude 8383 brought the vert to GPS two months ago. Rescued from a owner who didnt realize oil was an important component of a running engine.

Denis will be doing the build at GPS, we will support with parts and tech knowledge as needed.

Its a perfect project for GPS, clean body with a owner who wants things done right.

Car as it arrived looked like it was in a swamp for the past 5 years. Auto trans with seized engine. Other then the front lower valance the car is solid, no rust, clean top.

As the project sits right now the plans are:

Stroker m20(the SETA engine from Black Betty)
    Swap to 5 Speed
    New interior
    Wheels

On with the pics... A few of the as arrived and a few of the first clean up.

As of now head is off the engine, the SETA motor is getting prepped.

    More updates/pictures coming soon.
