and thats awesome. im pretty tall and with the seat all the way back its ok but not awesome.

im sure its because with stock seats all the way back there is only 4 or so inches from seatback to the rear seat bottom.
I'm sure that's why they did that, so rear seat specs appeared usable... but then we tall guys have to suffer.

Another little-known fact... cabrio seats are not the same as standard sport seats. They are the same as M3 seats with the bigger side bolsters and the horizontal stitching (sport seats have vertical stitching). You can transfer the regular sport seat sliders to cabrio seats and you then have M3 seats with full travel.

So ive decided im going with 17s.

Keep my suspension geometry correct and still have a good low look.

I am going to look at a set of these locally this afternoon for a seal of a price with tires

Other than that i will be taking the interior out from the dash back and removing the sound deadening in prep for a fresh coat of chassis paint.

      Wish me luck

Went and got the "winter" wheels today

Got a killer deal on them. pretty much bought 4 rears because the front offset is too high and im sure it will hit the strut but thats fine.

Gonna order a pair for the front tomorrow most likely

        17x9.75+25 with 225/40

Car is still on stock suspension completely

I would shy away from the BavAuto floor mats though. I also have them, and while the material is nice and they look good, they have no anchors and slide all over the place, often riding halfway up the gas pedal and being a PITA. I'm buying BMW OEM mats soon to replace them.
