    I think its a BMW

Im new to the BMW world do its been some reading of forums but I think its going to be fun. Im open to parts suggestions, the only thing is know is NO Forced induction or Nitrous. I have a fast car dont need another this is really just something to play with/DD. It looks rough in the pictures but it started up and drove 90 miles on over 2 year old gas so that made me happy. Smelled like I was refinishing furniture while I was driving. Not Really wanting to put a ton into it just have something to drive and buy parts for that I dont really need.

None the less Im Meeks and Im odd. Hello

    1986 325e
    2.7

    So Mods as of now
    Vogtland Springs
    Kyb GR2 struts/shocks
    Mostly stripped
    M3 Spec Reground cam

So today I ordered a bunch of random odds and ends.
    Shifter rebuild kit
    New Guibo
    New Carrier Bearing
A bunch of little interior switches (Going to build a custom switch console where the radio was)
Intake boot and pieces to create new air intake
    ...Zebra Print Dash Cover

Had it a whole day and already spending, I love it. haha

    Next Mods-
    LSD Differential
    Sway Bars
    Replace more bushings
Gonna fix some of the rust
    Single stage black paint
Clean off old wheel paint and Paint them blue

Here it is as it sits right now after we washed washed it off with scotch bright sponge lol. And seafoamed...

Plans for the next couple weeks...
    Install New parts
Tune up (plugs, fuel filter, oil change, etc)
Clean up some of the exhaust work
Clean up wiring and finish striping "un-needed" stuff
    Kind of reattach front lip

    #2
So the wiper linkage was broke...

The only feasible way to get it out take the dash out and strip out all the Hvac stuff :D
Also cleaned out some plugs wires and switches that Im never going to use.

Now just need the linkage, build heat box, make swith panel where factory where radio and HVAC was and then the dash can go back in.

Replaced the Guibo and found its problem...

Got the elbow replaced now just have to take care of the filter.

Started cleaning the back out. Now need to take care of a little of the rust.

why not put a new crack-free dash on when done?
Looks pretty rough, but it could be saved.
Hit up the finish, clean it up. GL.

Nice to see someone taking care of a rough e30 to bring it back to what it should be. Good work so far, keep it up!

The dash will be repalced later with a nicer one, Im just wanting to get some parts mocked and get stuffed cleaned up before I add extra wear and tear to the new dash. Right now Im not wanting to get it structually safe and then get it cleaned up. The finish is long gone tho.

Good plan. When the time comes, the exterior could use a respray!
I see a diamond in the ruff.

Rebuilt the shift linkage with the help of the kit for Pelican Parts
Ordered New mounts for the engine and trans from silence
And new offset control arm bushings
So while I was waiting on them I cleaned up the tunnel brace and trans mount bracket also.
Got started on the Exterior body work (picked the color and got the paint.... Satin Black) and my new heat system is started. I didnt want to mess with it much on the inside with it being up in the air like that waiting on the mounts.
Also started mocking up my new exhaust setup (this Pacesetter muffler is 5 years old I ran it on a Civic I built then it wound up on a RX-7 Im glad to have its luck back with me for this project even tho it might sound like crap, who knows.

I dont have a lot of pics cause I cant find my camera now so its phone only for now.
