    Starting the cam swap. I decided to go with a Texas Speed & Performance 228r cam, beehive springs and chromoly pushrods. Good for a 50hp gain.

    LSM3 is right. You need the RH "LS-150" and the LH "CC1-LS1". Sanderson are good guys; they'll swap LH & RH headers. Nice job on the GTO oil pan mod!

    Its crazy to think this NA LS1 is going to feel slow compared to the turbo set up you have right now.

    What are you going to do with your current set up when its time to transplant?

    I may be wrong but it looks like you got the wrong ones. The manifold on the bottom should be on the passenger side. Did you get the manual? It explains that you need the OPPOSITE manifolds as the manifolds pictured. Maybe I got the wrong ones...
