So I basically drove the car the whole day yesterday. In the morning I put a bottle of fuel injector cleaner from Chevron and a full tank of gas. I might need to do it the next time I fill up to be sure injectors are cleaned. I brought the car for maintenance check, and it turns out I'm only needing to replace the hose on the icv, the one the connects the brake vacuum hose and the belts. In the morning somehow it squeaks. But nevertheless, the car runs good. There is power there on acceleration esp. when I do a kick down. Someone test drove it and said it had a miss (brand new spark plugs would do this?) and it certainly was not that. There are still small air leaks from the old hoses which needed to be replaced. That's basically it.

I am kinda curious how a 5-speed swap would turn out and how much it would hold me back. But then again, thinking about the cost, with that money I could probably afford to get an M50 engine off of ebay for $500. I could live with an automatic especially with a 24v swap. I don't race anymore. That's something I outgrew somehow. But I would still want to be able to run the car on a track just for kicks.

Anyways, I've finally decided and pulled the trigger on a really good deal on these LM
