Need help with exterior trim removal

Hello all-I need some help with removal of the trim piece labeled 'H' in the diagram (2-door fixed rear window 318is). Can anyone offer any guidance? Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I'm not dialed into the boneyards in Portland yet-there's always 10-15 laying about in every boneyard in LA. Any Oregonians out there who can point me in the right direction?

EDIT: Thought that would help, but part H is the only one that wasn't removed in those instructions...

if you have the plastic trim removal kit,its not that hard (thats what she said)

pull out away from the window a little at a time,it will come off..same as the door
