did GC say anything about running the coilovers with shocks not correctly valved for them?

cause some ppl on BF.com swore up and down I was going to fail at life if i didnt get the same 1700 complete coilover's they paid for. I just bought some bilsteins when I got my car and can not justify spending 1700 on suspension for this car when the coilover conversion works so well!
But i hate bimmerforums. they were so pissed with me cause i was asking for advice but wouldnt build my own car how they were telling me to.they said I will only get sideways if I have a 1700 suspension set up.haha
whats your spring rates on that bad boy??

Here's some before and after's. The rear subframe didn't come with brakes or anything. Put some brembos on with generic pads, bilstein sports, and 600lb GC coilovers in the rear. the trailing arm bushings looked awesome in the rear, and it definitely showed since when I lowered my car I had very little negative camber. With my old car, my bushings were so shot I probably only had an inch of contact patch on the tire! Now I have an entire 195's worth of contact patch.

Nope did a few more searching and the Mfree cams won't work.

I need to get more power out of this non-vanos...naturally aspirated for now...ugh.

Not very easy but very doable and expensive. Need a special spool gun.

You can put them in, you need to swap in the cam trays along with the cams.

I want to say TIG welding gets it done? But I know it's possible... how else would people weld in oil feeds, you know?

from what I hear its better to swap the exhaust NV cam to the intake side and run a s50 exhaust cam in its place. But Im going off something I read a long time ago.
