Today I tested the rear fog lights to see if they light up. They did light up. Know I need to wire up the fog light switch and fog light dash.

    dog leg

70 miles, like factory new. That would be so nice for you Alpina, or hartge. I have not been able to make a deal on the one I was looking at...so I will continue with the next projects...valve cover coming off:)

I'm not sure if the later e30 318is has crank sensors on bell housing. I would check in that John. The dog leg my buddy has is out of a 1984 323i with 70 miles on it.

Dog leg tranny should bee quite like a 5 speed over drive. It might your bearing making noise and the input shaft bearings. My guess with out hearing the whinning. Keep up with search with your Hartge parts. I already have you my cell number to text you with links to Hartge parts.

    Good luck Kelly...

^^^ one of my Friends has a m20 dog leg for sale. I might buy it from him.
I'm not 100% sure they made a CR tranny for the late 89> 318is. If BMW did it should bolt up to your m20.
