Yes it came with instruction, but in German. Most of my memory comes from owning my 1984 Alpina B6 2.8. My friend Brain (Flyboyx) gave me his write up on the Alpina vent gauge wiring.

I been connecting the connections to the silver Alpina box. I need to extend 1 wires to ignition, because some body in the past cut the wire short. Second one to ground. Third to to dim light on head light switch.

I also need to trim some wires on the Alpina harness in engine bay.

Yeah don't I know it. I know if I bide my time and have the right amount of funds at the right time my 89ix will be one hell of a Hartge replica. He'll I'm even getting the Hartge vin piece. Not changing the vin or anything just putting the the info on it is all. Also Raul you happen to know the inlet and outlet size for the Hartge muffler. That muffler just sounds beastly.

It's fine, between paint and buying alpina valence I don't have two nickles to rub together.

Someday, I would like to get down there again, and take a look at your collection.

I like to buy the real deal. Yes some day all these cars will be done. Is it a 14 hour drive to where I live?

Thanks, Bud! I'm sure your car will have some sweet Hartge bits.
