Rosario's 325is, Can you say RED?!

Picked this car up in Prescott, AZ for and had it shipped to STL. Spent most all of it's life there which was both a blessing and a curse. Missing its IS Lip, no surprise. Sadly they repainted the whole damn car at some point, :hitler: going to have fun with SEM trim paint!

    The Good:
Amazing Paint, no cracks, fades, etc.
    Rust Free
Engine Bay extremely clean (hoses, manifold, belts, etc.)
    Overall Body/Drivetrain in great shape
    Retrofitted to 134a, figures.

    The Bad:
Being an AZ car, seats are pretty cracked to hell, hence the PO's seat covers.

Rear seat is in better shape. Thank god for tinting.

    Skull Shift Knob....that is all...

Not sure what to make of that Stabilizer Bar, haven't seen anything that crude....before.

Anyway, this is my first post & first venture into E30s. More pics to come once I get it home this week I hope. Sorry for the crappy Iphone pics!

I guess it's an another red BMW owned by Morrocan. Glad it has red seat covers instead of painted seats.

Yes, I do plan to remove the trim and repaint it. First thing on the list actually.

Finally got the car home and went right too it. Engine bay is remarkably clean.

Repainted all the trim and bumpers, sure is nice to have a sand blaster in house.

                Awaiting a kidney transplant.

                Waiting on 2nd Coat.

                Super clean interior, so far.

Replacing these godawful abominations is going to require a swear jar.

                More to come!

Thanks guys, glad to be here, the community thus far has been very helpful with everything, looking forward to hopefully contributing something at some point. The trim turned out well, I managed to call the last shop it was services at due to an Oil Change sticker in the window to get some info on what was recently done which was helpful. Unfortunately those are the only "service records" I have since the dealer I bought it from shredded everything else due to privacy reasons.

I popped the glove box and found all of the ORIGINAL documentation minus the window sticker, the Radio Security Card, Service Booklet, Roadside Assistance. Pretty incredible. Next project is getting the CODE off of the radio, although the code on the supplied radio anti-theft card doesn't seem to work :( so I may just have to head to the dealer to see if they can help.

I'd say it's a "5 ft' car" overall. As for the shift knob, I've got it hanging up in my shop for safe keeping as a reminder of peoples wonderful taste in car modification :D

New Brembo Rotors and pads, SS lines, and Rebuilt kits are on the way as well as an IS lip that (no surprise) fell off at some point. More pics in the coming days.
