I have never got around to introducing my e30 and so here it comes. You are looking at my old project called "Marie". Marie is a 1991 325i 2dr. coupe automatic that I paid 900 dollars for. I've had the e30 for a while and she was down for maintenance purposes. I had to replace the head since it was warped. Well now the head is replaced, but running a bit sluggish due to the old fuel in the gas tank. So I was told that I had either run the fuel in it or drop the tank, so I decided to run the fuel since I do not have too much time to drop the tank. My objective is to having her look as close to stock as I can and so here are my plans for her:
As of December 2012, I have been entertaining the idea of performing an LSX swap. I even purchased the CD from Garret today (01 Jan 2013) just to see what I'm looking at as far as project.
(Updated as of 01 January 2013) A few things have been done, but nothing major.
1. Change the Interior to including the dash since its cracked. (picked up a Dash Overlay, not installed yet, but still need seats!.)
2. Needs suspension really bad, my buddy is selling me a set of M3 suspension, springs and shocks. (Have Installed Billy shocks and H&R Sport Springs)
3. Tint the windows, because here in Texas It can get pretty ugly during the summer. Done!
4. Maybe get some new or used wheels, nothing fancy with some good tires. (picked up a set of 15x8 BBS RM & e38 Styles 5) Done!
5. New Paint job, same color.
6. Install a new head unit and replace all the speakers. Done!
7. Get new fog lights (Have it, not installed yet)
8. Front lip (Have it, not Installed yet)
9. Purchased 5 speed swap (complete) Not installed yet.
10. Purchased a front valance. Not Installed yet.
If you have any of the items in here, please let me know what you have to include if you have any suggestions, they are more than welcome.
