Starting some of the documentation for the planned swap and rebuild ahead. S52 will be gone through and dropped in with OBD-II in tact.
I am not 100% clear on all bits required to keep it OBD-II but I'm sure some
veterans around here can help me out. Only thing I am sure of right now
will be a TRM tune with EWS,secondary O2,and secondary air pump written
out of the DME.

completed the NV M50 swap in September. Drove it, love it, just want moar power to play with.





So I came across this unit on CL. From a 98 with about 190K.
As much as I would love to just swap the bad boy in for the flogging
this summer I am refraining from such until I can take it down and have
a machine shop go through the head and inspect the cylinder bores
for wear.



So as progress starts and tear down begins I will try to update with as many pics and questions as possible.
