Yeah I already decided against it in the long run. I'm thinking swap the stock muffler out for a Vibrant 1148 muffler

Damn man. I am really sorry to see this, especially considering how close I was to being in the same boat due to my roundabout incident. I hope you can get back on the road and wheel fixed soon.

        So, what exactly happened?

Can you get lips to make them 17"? Sedans and tourings look best on big wheels, and that would solve your tire problem. 215/40R17 plentiful and fit perfect.

Yeah, I'm not one to drive like that usually. Just a poor decision.

Ehh... I'm not too big on stepped up lips and the Futura face is already pretty small for a 16" imo. I'm probably going to shelf the Futura's for a while. Considering picking up some cheap jdm-ish wheels and going full funfgang.

                            Getting there...

It's a huge pain in the ass removing the driveshaft and axles from the diff by yourself. Put in neutral, spin driveshaft until bolt is accessible, get up from under the car, put in gear, get back under the car, loosen, get out from under the car and repeat a few hundred times. Bleh...

Also, this stuff is the shit.

                            Dinner and reading.

Started getting dark out. The subframe really only needs to drop and then it's out.

Yes, this! Although usually I only have to spin the driveshaft once or twice to get all 6.
